Your details, your choice
Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them.
How it works
- Enter the email address you booked with, and choose what you would like.
- We email that address a link. Press it to confirm the request is yours: this is how we know nobody else is asking about your details.
- Our office replies by email. For a copy, you receive a file with your details, your bookings, your payments and the emails we sent you.
Some records we may have to keep, such as a signed handover record or a payment in our accounts. If so, our office tells you which and why. What we record and how long we keep it is in our Privacy policy.
