Cookie policy

What this website stores in your browser, why, and how to change your choice.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website keeps in your browser, so it can remember something between pages. Some are needed for the website to work. Others are optional, and we use them only if you say yes.

What we use

nexusvia-sessionSet by Nexusvia Kind: Needed Keeps your place in the booking form and keeps My booking open once you have entered your reference and surname. Kept: 2 hours after your last visit
XSRF-TOKENSet by Nexusvia Kind: Needed Protects the forms on this website from being sent by another website in your name. Kept: 2 hours after your last visit
nvx_consentSet by Nexusvia Kind: Needed Remembers your cookie choices, so we do not ask on every page. Kept: 6 months
Announcements seen (stored in your browser, not a cookie)Set by Nexusvia Kind: Needed Remembers that you have already seen an announcement, so it does not open again. Kept: Until you clear your browser
Google Maps cookies (for example NID)Set by Google Kind: Optional: Google Maps Set by Google when the map on the Contact page loads. Only after you accept Google Maps or press Show the map. Kept: Set by Google, up to 6 months

Your choice

The first time you visit, we ask. Accept all, Reject all or Manage to choose one by one: nothing optional is switched on until you do. We remember your choice for six months, then ask again.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the needed ones, the booking form and My booking will not work.

Google

If you allow Google Maps, Google sets its own cookies and handles what they collect under its privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy.
