Each Nexusvia vehicle has one published daily rate, plus GST, shown on the Fleet page and on the vehicle's own page; rates start at K250 a day. The rate includes GPS, fitted to every vehicle at no charge, and free delivery to any of our five points in Port Moresby or free collection from our Gerehu depot. Hire is by the day, with a minimum of 24 hours. Fuel is not included: dry hire is the standard, and we ask you to return the vehicle at a quarter tank or above, which is a request, not a charge. Optional extras are priced separately. Wet hire, where we supply a full tank at collection, is K250 or K350 per hire depending on the vehicle, and a Nexusvia driver is K150 per day, both plus GST. Delivery and collection carry no charge at any of our five points, and the rate is the same whichever you choose.

Either, and neither costs extra. Nexusvia delivers and collects free of charge at five fixed points in Port Moresby: Jacksons International Airport, Vision City Mega Mall, the Holiday Inn, the Hilton Port Moresby and the Gateway Hotel. For airport deliveries we ask for your flight number at booking, so the driver can adjust if the flight is delayed. If you prefer, collect the vehicle from our depot at Gerehu and return it there, also free of charge. We do not deliver to private addresses. Deliveries, collections and returns all happen inside our trading hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and Sunday 10:00am to 2:00pm. We are closed on Saturdays and do not deliver after hours. At every handover the driver scans the vehicle's QR code, photographs its condition and records the odometer and fuel level; you sign on screen, and a signed PDF record is emailed to you within minutes.

Only the Toyota Land Cruiser LC70. It is the one Nexusvia vehicle offered for travel beyond the National Capital District, and the vehicle in our fleet chosen for provincial and rough-road work. Outside the NCD it is charged at its out-of-city rate, K1,000 per day plus GST, in place of its city rate. When you book, choose out-of-city travel and tell us your intended route, so we can prepare the vehicle properly. The Land Cruiser is a 2025 LC70 with a 2.8-litre diesel engine, a 5-speed manual gearbox and seven seats, and like every Nexusvia vehicle it has GPS fitted at no charge. The rest of the fleet, two Toyota Harriers, a Toyota Camry and a Toyota Mark II, is hired for use within Port Moresby and the National Capital District. Delivery, collection and return of the Land Cruiser follow the same rules as any hire: one of our five points or the Gerehu depot, inside trading hours.
